The Aula of the old School on the Wall is a historic building in the heart of the city, now serving as a versatile event venue. It´s central location makes the Aula an idea venue for guests from the region and beyond.

The beautiful hall of the Aula impresses with its historic charm, featuring a gallery and offering seating for up to 190 people in rows. Alternatively, the Aula can also be used with tables or left empty. It is therefore ideal for concerts, readings, conferences or private celebrations. Thanks to its central location in the heart of Detmold, it is easily accessible for both local and guests from other areas.
A stage can be set up flexibly, with a maximum floor area of 6,00 x 4,00 meters. Event technology is not permanently available but can be rented upon request. A grand piano is available and can also be used upon request.
