das delikat – a space for art, culture, and cultural education – was founded in 2024 and is located on the outskirts of Detmold’s city center.
Here, people work together through writing, movement, body and voice, using various materials, engaging in discussion, experimenting, and interacting as equals.
das delikat can be used by artists from different disciplines. Whether for rehearsals, exhibitions, courses, workshops, projects, or other formats – das delikat is a place where people of all ages come together through artistic expression.

The studio at das delikat is surrounded by black velvet curtains and has a dance floor. Rehearsals, courses, projects, and small events can take place here.
